DELIVERY INFORMATION
This information is also found in our Terms and Conditions.
You have quite a few choices when it comes to delivery.
We use Royal Mail or courier for our non-chilled parcels, and we deliver frozen deliveries either with a frozen courier company or we deliver ourselves, depending on where you are located.
All of our delivery options are explained below
UK ONLY Standard Parcel 3-5 days Royal Mail
Pricing is for delivery via Royal Mail.
Orders will generally be despatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays, using your chosen delivery option.
If you need something for a specific date, ie party or birthday present, just send us a quick email and we will give your parcel our urgent attention.
Standard Parcel rate is for 2nd class delivery which can take up to 3-5 days for delivery once Royal Mail has processed it. Please see www.royalmail.com for further details on their delivery time scales.
UK ONLY First Class, Royal Mail
1st Class is next day delivery, once Royal Mail has processed it. This is the quickest way of getting your parcel.
UK pricing includes the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
EUROPE SMALL PARCEL Airmail, Royal Mail, 3 working days
Royal Mail delivers to Europe, via their Europe Airmail postage.
Royal Mail aim to have your parcel to you within 3 workings days to Western Europe and 4 days to Eastern Europe. The following countries are treated as Europe for Royal Mail postal pricing purposes:

Standard Non Chilled Delivery via Royal Mail, Rest of the World
Rest of World pricing has been removed from the delivery options, but it is something we can do. Please speak to us before placing your order for ‘Rest of the World’. as we need to check if there are any restrictions on sending foodstuffs into your country before you place your order. Rest of the World countries are all those not listed in Europe above.

UK Courier up to 10kg
This is a courier service to anywhere in the UK for a set rate. Delivery is within 2 days of process, and can possibly be next day (depending on location) but not guaranteed.
Forzen goods and liquids can not be sent via this service.
UK Courier Non Mainland up to 5kg
This service is for Northern Ireland, Eire,Scilly Isles,Scottish Isles,Channel Isles,Isle of Man,Isle of Wight.
Frozen goods and liquids can not be sent via this service.
EUROPE Courier up to 10kg
This is for delivery to selected European countries for parcels up to 10kg. If you parcel is over 10kg, please break it down into separate orders. If you can not find your country here, please refer to Royal Mail Airmail.
We can deliver to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Portugal.
Frozen goods can not be sent via this service.
Liquids can not be sent via this service.
Delivery of chocolates
Please bear in mind that chocolates can melt or get exposed to heat during the Royal Mail delivery process. Unfortunately we can not be responsible for any damage during transport.
Collection
All items, including frozen, are available for collection at:
Jumbuck's The Aussie Pie Co, 24 Shepherds Bush Green, London, W12 8PH.
You can pay online and collect in person, or simply pay when you get there, however we do not accept card instore, only cash.
We just need a little bit of time to make sure your money hits our account and to pick and pack the order, so please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before you come to collect it. If you are in a rush, just give us a call on 0208 811 8111 and we will process your order as quickly as we can.
Special Delivery
We have set up some special delivery codes aswell. These are used when we agree to meet you somewhere, ie at a Junction on the motorway or maybe at an event that we are doing. Always speak to us before placing your order so that we can agree to a meeting point first.
Also, if we are coming to a city to cater for an event, we will post our event locations on the website and can organise to deliver to you whilst we are in your area.
Frozen Delivery
For Health & Safety reasons, our frozen deliveries are sent via frozen courier vans, to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. This adds considerable costs to your order. Up to 100kg can be sent to each address for the same price, so one bag of Dim Sims will cost you the same to deliver as 65 bags of Dim Sims!
To make the most of the delivery fee, speak to your friends and try and order as many frozen goods as possible on the one order. We have Dim Sims, Pies, Party Pies and Lamingtons available frozen.
We need to have a minimum 3 orders before the courier company will come and collect, so in these early days of trialling this system we will endeavour to deliver to you with 2 weeks of placing your order. We will email or telephone you to discuss a suitable delivery date.
Frozen Zone 1: Within 5 miles of Shepherds Bush Central Line station.
Frozen Zone 2: Central England, including London, Southern Wales
Frozen Zone 3: South East England, Devon, Cornwall, Scotland, Northern Wales.
When we reach 30 deliveries per week, our pricing structure will come down considerably. If the delivery at present is too expensive for you, please register you interest and location with us at orders@southerncrossdeli.com and we can let you know when the delivery fees come down.
